Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide reliable and professional chauffeur services. This policy explains the conditions under which bookings can be cancelled or refunded.

Booking confirmation

All bookings made through our website are confirmed once the payment is successfully processed. Customers receive a confirmation email with the booking details.

Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before pickup, the full booking amount may be charged.

No-show policy

If the customer does not appear at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and cannot be contacted, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Flight delays

For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrival times. In case of flight delays, the pickup time will be adjusted accordingly at no extra cost.

Refund policy

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

Service cannot be provided due to driver availability.

Unexpected technical or operational issues occur.

Duplicate payment was made.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Changes to bookings

Customers may request changes to pickup time or location depending on driver availability. Additional charges may apply if the distance or service time increases.
