These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by RAD Transport. By booking or using our chauffeur services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services
RAD Taxi provides professional chauffeur services, including but not limited to:
• Airport transfers
• Business and executive travel
• Private chauffeur services
• Long distance transfers
• Event transportation
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Bookings
Bookings can be made via:
• Website form
• Phone
A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from RAD Transport.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop off information.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are communicated prior to confirmation.
• Prices are fixed unless otherwise agreed
• Additional services may incur additional charges
• Payment must be completed as agreed before or at the time of service
RAD Transport reserves the right to refuse service in case of non-payment.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation terms:
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge
• No-shows will be charged in full
RAD Transport reserves the right to define cancellation fees based on the specific booking.
6. Waiting Time
For airport pickups:
• Complimentary waiting time may apply
• Additional waiting time may be charged
For other bookings, waiting time beyond the agreed schedule may result in additional fees.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Respect the vehicle and chauffeur
• Follow applicable laws during transportation
• Not smoke inside the vehicle
• Not cause damage to the vehicle
Any damage caused by the client may result in repair costs being charged.
8. Liability
RAD Taxi is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances
• Missed flights due to inaccurate information provided by the client
• Personal belongings left in the vehicle
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
9. Force Majeure
RAD Taxi shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions or road closures.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and processing of data as described therein.
11. Amendments
RAD Taxi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland.
